These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Threads Studio (the "App"), operated by BringNext LLC. By using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Threads Studio helps account owners create, schedule, publish, and research content for Threads accounts they own or manage, using the Meta Threads API.

2. Eligibility & your account

You may only connect Threads accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for keeping any access tokens or credentials confidential and for all activity under your connected accounts.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the App in compliance with the Meta Platform Terms, the Threads Community Guidelines, and all applicable laws. You must not use the App to send spam, harass others, publish illegal or infringing content, attempt to access data you are not authorized to access, or otherwise misuse the Threads API.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you create or connect. You grant BringNext LLC the limited permission to process that content solely to provide the App's features to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

5. Third-party services

The App integrates with the Meta Threads API; your use of Threads is also governed by Meta's terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BringNext LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
